FPS <0 on any map/game

FPS <0 on any map/game
According to the requirements page I should be getting at least 20 fps, I have tried nearly everything and still nothing.

The requirements page is a bit dated, I wouldnt try with anything under a 2ghz+ intel Core i* processor and at least an 8800GT. Spring has come a long was in terms of graphical features.

Is that normal? iirc even with graphic cards that share normal RAM it always had a number there.[f=0000000] Video RAM: unknown

Nah, a core quad works fine too, or even core duo.
