For our team is was just some guys from work, and one of our friends.
We had 1 dev (me), 2 designers and a sound guy.

However, I did do a 24h one, and it wasn't too hard to get a team, I just asked 2 of my best friends from the uni, ended up being a lot of fun in the end.
Didn't do it this year though, too busy with uni stuff, which was a shame. On the other hand, no code of any future value gets built there, just team spirit :)
We had about 4 hours sleep each night, and a few beer breaks.
I kinda like the game, but the code is pretty messy. Copied and pasted every where, huge switch blocks, global variables etc.
I might tidy it up a bit and throw it on GitHub.
