anything against removal of oscpack/oscpacksender?

i want to remove it because:

- nobody seems to use it
- unmaintained
- could be still done with luasockets if really needed

this would be removed:

rts/lib/oscpack
rts/Game/OSCStatsSender.*

is it used anywhere?

can be removed.
i made it for a music composer guy and myself.
i did not get around to use it for real, except some testing, and the other guy vanished very soon after he arrived, and never used it either.

i have to say though.. this kind of cleanup will not make spring cleaner.
