cant install "Small Supreme Battlefield V2"

Hello,
i've asked myself some times before i wrote if this is my fault, and i found no answer.
the map "Small Supreme Battlefield V2" won't install and is not accessible for multiplayer both ways: downloading it via SpringLobby or downloading it seperatly and copying it to the map folder.
wtf??? i want to play that map!!! how can it be???
