I recently installed Balanced Annihilation, and finally got it to run (and fixed the stupid Red Minimap from greening up my screen every time I constructed something), but my terrain is constantly filled with these massive arrays of glitchy RGB patterns. The most common ones are patchwork blue stripes across the entire map, and vertical pink and green ellipses. They look like something out of a graphics driver failure, but I'm not exactly sure. It makes the game difficult and annoying to play.
I couldn't find anything about it on the forums, so if somebody could please let me in on the secret to disabling my lovely rainbow map friends... I'd be much obliged.

Graphics driver issue. Are you running an intel or AMD gpu? Are you on linux?
