Spring: unhandled exception error [solved]

when i try to start a battle i go to the game itself it counts from 3 to 1 but then shuts down.
it gives me this error

Spring has crashed:
Access violation.

A stacktrace has been written to:
C:\users\name\doc\my games\spring\infolog.txt

my graphics card:

sapphire ati radeon hd 6870 1GB GDDR5
i tried looking this error in existing posts i read somewere that i needed to update the driver from my graphics card so i did but i still get this error

Could it be that AI you are using doesnt currently work? Can you try switching to another AI?

yeah, it crashed in the AI, and... please do not post log files like this, but attach them as files to your post, or use pastebin.com (btw, you can stil edit your post to do that).
