Show Orders and Waypoint Dragging Help

Hello please tell me how to change the script Show Orders that he only showed my orders. Thank you.

and second question

is it possible to do so would be in the script Waypoint Dragging could move the patrol point as well as regular orders? and without having to first select a unit that would move his orders. like in suprime commander where you can move any point.
