i know it seems egotistical just to make a thread about this but several of you may be wondering..

So apparently windows has some balls'd up patch which messes with my ability to render anything on my video card. So I have been for the past 6 days now trying to fix that. Whatever productivity you guys are seeing it is because I am working in a stable version before I broke it again with the jun13th patches.

So for those of you who may feel I am being short with you this is why. Sorry if I am not the most helpful right now or if I seem to be really short with everyone. Most of the time I am posting from my phone and at work I am reluctant to post on the clock as it were. So there you have it.

Have you tried grabbing a driver cleaner from guru3d and then the latest drivers from nvidia's website? That should fix you right up.

What exactly is going on anyway?
