Their ink cartridges are sometimes difficult to order. Might have to go to kodak or online retailer to get them.

Maybe they have other manufacturer making their inkjet printer since they are new to consumer inkjet printer business. Like Dell for example had one of the printer that is same as one of the Lexmark inkjet printer.

I worked for Staples, we had some time to test them there. Their legendary ink savingness is overstated, but they are a little better than the other commercial printers. They have a really nice quality for photo printing. The machines themselves are priced well generally. Not as high end as a solid Epson or HP machine, but generally slightly less expensive to run and somewhat less expensive to purchase initially. In terms of reliability it seemed like we had a higher percentage come back to the store with issues, but it's really hard to objectify that, as I never saw stats on anything like that.
