Spring crashes instantly at start

I've followed all the instructions about ATI driver related things, but it keeps crashing.

I've the latest ATI driver
and an ATI HD 5670 video card.

Specifically recommended is the latest driver, and one that is as old as your graphic card.

Try this, and disabling/lowering more GFX related settings for spring, and disabling Widgets.

if you add the complete stacktrace, it can be translated and maybe the setting can be identified, why it crashes.
