Activate Lua ?!

Hi,

i am having problems to activate the lua system.

I didnt played spring for about 1 year...

That year ago i could just press the key F11 ingame to activate lua scripts ...

now, i just installed the game again and cant find a possibility to activate it again.

i looked into the wiki: there it says, that i have to activate lua in spring settings - but in spring settings there is no option for lua .

in my spring folder i see the folder LuaUI - so i am sure, it exists anywhere.

Tryed to search this forum with the keyword lua, but didnt get one hit.
So i looked through the last about 100 threads and didnt found something helpful.

in the file uikeys.txt is no keybinding like F11=Lua

i am little bit confused whats going on with those useful scripts ?!

Please help me, perhaps i overlooked some simple things....

F11 is still the key for widget manager. ("the lua system")

what files (link) did you download and what game do you try to play?

i just took the installer from springrts.com

Installer: spring_0.82.7.1.exe ~21MB - {mirror}

after that, i tried the portable version - and ended up with the same problem

could you look into your spring setting, if there is an option for lua ?

i think, you wohnt find somethin

and you can play BA but just F11 does not work?

everything is working fine but F11 doesnt react

i had a program running in background reacting to F11 , which is a screenshot program.

After closing the screenshot program the menu shows up as before.

yes, i almost thought that would be the problem
had something similiar with hotkeys in foobar (music player)
