Cant see Text in-game!!! HELP!

Please Help, I have being playing for the last few weeks Spring Lobby. When I go in-game where all the text would be comes up much like boxes view the image below.

I have te font in the fonts foloder on spring lobby and on my main computer I have reinstalled the game a number of times. I have Windows 7 32-Bit, so if and one could help thanks.

The thing is, I can't update my driver it is update as far as it can go here is it's name if anyone has any help:
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Anyone got anymore ideas or have I got to go but a card?

If you can't upgrade anymore, then try downgrading.
