How can I watch the replay without a lobby?

how can I watch my replays found in the "/demo" folder wihtout starting a lobby? Do I need to add some suffix to the "Spring.exe" request?

2. How can I get my played time in the Zero-K lobby?

On windows you just double click them, or drag them onto spring.exe.
On linux you type spring.exe demos/mydemo.sdf.

what? Theres no spring.exe on linux :D and easier just go to replays folder and click on a rep to start it.

And, how can I request my ingame time in zk lobby? (In SL it works with "/ingame" but not in zk-lobby!?)
