Which should I use?
My computer have 4 cores (i5 CPU), but normal Spring is also playing fine.

I have the same CPU, and I use non MT spring, because 99% of the time, Im gpu limited by my 8800gt. CPU use has never been over 30%, even on large FFA engames.

My framerates went up massively when I went to MT, even with a high Lua Draw load.

It does increase the FPS, but beware that that you could lag out since the LUA-DRAW is directly linked to a high CPU load. Since LUA-DRAW "blocks" the simulation, it may also not run as smooth as it would otherwise.

50% LUA-DRAW --> you will only be able to play half as big a game.
