what's the newest version?

I'll just copy/paste comment that was given when Hermuld uploaded an XTA 9.62 replay, he referred to it as new balance as it was first (and currently only) replay of 9.62.

By "New balance" you mean "closed beta that can only be obtained through contacting devs and is likely to change before next official release despite having same name?"
