Bad Moon at Crosstown Station

Post by Forboding Angel »

Kick ass stage. I was having a terrible night, but for some reason miraculously you can't hear me screwing up at all. Maybe I just thought I was or something, hell I dunno.

Anyway, video:

Yet it's not the first time he mentions it.

Guitar player on stage right black guitar and mohawk. And yes, both guitar players sing backup (I sing a lot more backup than mike does, but that's neither here nor there).

Edit: In case you guys didn't see it,

The Bleeding (Cover), by Five Finger Death Punch

I fucked up twice in the same place on both verses (As I said before, I was having a really bad night). Anyone fairly familiar with the song will hear it most likely.

Mike is doing the solo in the beginning, and I'm the one doing the clean filler during the verses.

you should get someone with a real cam. also, if they are really noob at taking a movie, tell them not to change zoom-level at all during a take. make sure the cam has a decent mic, or even better, record your show with your equipment, and overlay that on the video, if you want to go that far.

I agree. It's really hard to hear the vocals.

Ha! Have you ever tried to talk to a soundman? First off in clubs, they are generally rank amateurs who barely even know how to operate their own equipment and secondly, more often than not, due to crappy setups the sound you get from the board is awful. It's just the way shit is. Occasionally you find a soundman with some talent, and those are the places you always want to go back to.
