If you use TASClient, next to each mod option is a little [?] button. Click it for more info.
  • ColorWars game mode:
    A mod option that declare winner whoever own the most territory when timer run out. The modoption let you specificy how long is the timer. 0 for disabled. Is it great if you want to be sure a game finishes under x minutes. You know, when you have one hour free, but don't dare starting a game for fear it would last one hour and half? Well, now you can.
  • Sausage's Sea Balance Fix:
    I've seen threads and posts complaining about how sea in BA is imba. So I took the input of a respected BA player to implement a tentative fix. Because balance changes are always controversial, I made it optional, as a mod option. Personnaly, I would strongly suggest to NEVER use it in any serious game, unless every participant is aware of it and has had experience with it.
  • Kidnapping mod options:
    N00bs keep on whining about how getting their comm stolen by Regret's air transport is an unfair cheating sploit! I understand their pleas, but I also understand the pros who see it as a valid tactic. Thanks to this modoption, n00bs can have their n00bs games, and pr0s their pr0s games, so hopefully everybody will be happy.
As I said, all these default off, so default is unchanged BA balance.

Would be handy if somebody implemented the engine change a while ago that allowed units to move backwards without having to turn around.

Lol I knew the forum user sausage was sheep when I read it through so I just presumed it was somebody I hadn't heard of. Regardless, Sheep isn't a respected player, although, he's been playing BA longer than you've had a penis so I think he'd have some useful contributions in terms of BA balance.

Anyway, I've been banging on for years about how BA's naval is a complete mess. I've written up many a post in the past listing all the things wrong with it so I really can't be bothered to write another. Maybe I'll dig a few up if BA Naval balance is actually considered for modification.

That is the point.

Have you clicked the little [?] yet? The mod description is an exact quote of Sheep suggestion. I must say it was a bit tricky to implement, but well worth it.

Anyway, please do not make any more comments about how to fix sea, or how about I'm an idiot to follow Sheep advice, until you actually checked what it is. No really. Trust me, your concerns are irrelevant here.

Wow. I just checked it out. You are a legend zwzsg :P I was about to post the quote and some screenshots but I figured it's a much more epic experience checking it out first hand. I lol'd big time.

yes, the dot and the 'V' should be removed.
and you are right, it is not sync relevant. it only helps when sorting by filename. it is not important, and i can do it for me locally, but if this is gonna be the next official, and you will be removing the 'z' anyway (if), make the new version use a "compliant" file-name please. quite a detail though, as you said.

Yeah this is not going ahead BA Chicken Defense was left seperate deliberately and Colorwars doesn't have a place in BA, I haven't looked at the mod options and sea balance but obviously this wasn't discussed in advance at all.

zwzsg - Feel free to release a mutator with a new mod name, you do not have permission to modify BA's version tag and keep the name.
