Ima Nouncin' Mai Tourneys!

In the upcoming weeks, I'll be hosting tourneys for a few different games including KP, S44, Evo, Gundam, Cursed and other such non-OTA goodies.

The primary reason for this is so I can get a bunch of high quality games for screenshots for Spring Network. However, it will have other obvious benefits such as giving unplayed games a wave of new blood and getting people's brains away from BA8V8DSD.

I've got 7 weeks holiday so maybe I could set up some sort of rhythm. Maybe host tourney on Saturday or Sunday, then spend the week days snapping some good screenshots and building the sites for the relevant game. Could flow quite nicely if I don't be my usual self and just go sit on my ass...

So, yeah, I think I'll start off with a Kernal Panic Tourney, expect a thread for it soon.

On a similar note, would it be possible for a 'Tourney' sub-form be added to this Game Lobby board?

Oh yeh, thanks I forgot that I can't use the MT Build in anything but BA, KP and a select few others without breaking

I'm sure you'd enjoy CA and Evo too if you actually learnt how to play them. I had fun playing CA, I just don't play it because there is such a little playerbase and it takes years to get a game started. I'm hoping this tourney will make it faster and easier to get matches on these rare games.

The problem however is that EvoRts is still open alpha (or something like that) thus having only one faction and imba gameplay but what the heck, Let's have fun...

That's what all that extensive playtesting has been for, when I find something that's imba, I fix it (Like those damn turrets, thankfully archl started doing nothing but dedicated porc so it was easy to see where the imba was), but as it is, there are no imba things that I am aware of (and if there is something you have found that is omgwtfimba I'd like to know about it ).

Anyway, back on topic, I'll do Evo and Gundam. I'm not good enough in ca (haven't played it in forever) or KP (I don't really understand how the game works/is supposed to be played tbh) to even put up a decent fight.
