I'd like to enable or disable nanoframe decay on a per-unit basis instead of a single setting in modrules that applies to all units.
I'd do it but something so minor it's not worth the effort of learning how to use git.

I just needed to disable build decay for certain units as well. Using a very large BuildTime did the trick. It works for me because I'm trying to disable build decay precisely because those units aren't built by cons or factory but rather grown by a gadget.
