Ban a player from chanserv?

Is it possible to ban a player from the chanserv?

Sadly, there are few players who grab a com and then combomb her teammates.

Baning from a host is one possibility, but the player name can be changed....

Is it possible to ban the player / delete the account so, that his rank is gone?

Not replying for the moderatros, but I would personally prefer that that sort of behaviour is going to remain the host's problem, and not the global lobby mods problem.
