Moderators not moderating

I have asked mods to clear my ban because I'll be moving soon anyway (New IP) & I don't want to unbalance games being a smurf.

I haven't played spring for about a month now so I think that is a long enough period to learn from?!

Even though I have been polite in my request mods have ignored me here and considering the idiots they let play I really don't think I have been treated fairly... yet 99% of the time I played fairly!

It's true, none of the moderators in spring do anything, most of the time they aren't even there and most of them never actually play. Whoever chooses the moderators either doesn't give a shit or is a bit dim. You most likely won't get unbanned, in fact this thread is probably going to be deleted. I recently lost my rank 5 account because I forgot what I renamed too, it wouldn't be hard for them to recover for me but I got no reply from any moderators and when I called Det useless, I actually got my first ever reply from him in all the years I've played which was "Fuck off"

Nah, Tobi is polite to BA players too. He even answers _my_ requests.

This isn't your first ban. I replied to you explaining why you were re-banned. Threatening to evade your ban on a new IP and suggesting it would be easier for everyone to just unban you was your response. Well, that and spamming forum threads. It isn't easy to get banned in spring and sending a politely worded message to the moderators isn't a get out of jail free card.

Check the timestamps, you went from "please help me" to "you suck and are useless" in 4 minutes without a reply. Apparently you ranted to quantum with only a 1 minute delay. I should feel lucky.

Ultimately you will not be able to stop me playing with a new account as a smurf, so that is what I'll have to do. Which means:

a: Game imbalance
b: You will give a new account more lenience than I deserve should I piss about.
c: This community where nobody owns the right to TA has a stupidly flawed mod system because they turned down the offer to link the new IP to a player/account already flagged as volatile (please do not pretend that 99% of the community here don't snap on occasion).

Finally. The moderators will only hear negative slander & none of them / very few of them will have ever played alongside me to see I actually play fairer than the majority. I feel sorry for the people who spend so much of their life here that they try to prevent other people from playing in a naive and egostical power trip. Ultimately the ban stopped me from turning in to a really pathetic slob and now I spend more time with my gf, so I just want a bit of fun on the side.

don't be a douchebag in that last 1% of games (dubious made-up statistic by you, probably much higher than one percent), and we'll never ban you for it.

Look, every time you play Badger, you ruin a game, troll or use some other kind of annoying abuse. You get banned, they use a variety of techniques to try and get unbanned.

So far, this has worked multiple times and you've been unbanned a fair bit I believe. This is simply another stage in the period where you baw/troll/whine a bit more to get unbanned again.

You'll use various techniques such as:

• Crying, saying sorry and stating you won't do it again
• Pretending you ban was a mistake
• Slagging off other players or pinning the blame on somebody else
• Blackmail - saying you'll unban yourself anyway and will continue playing more grievously if you're not unbanned

Seriously, just go away.
