Where to download current versions of mods

I have a couple of questions. Ive just started playing spring for the first time in about 2 years. Ive been playing the BA mod.

I found a site: http://modinfo.adune.nl/
that has info on mods.

First where can you get LLTA Reloaded mod? I cant seem to find anywhere to down load this.

Second, is there a site that list the most recent versions of mods, and which spring version they work with?

Could someone separate the Propriety group into Propriety Free and Propriety Commercial? At the moment it's not instantly clear that P.U.R.E. is the only one that isn't free.
