plane oddities

I don't know if anyone has noticed this so far: on some maps the planes start shaking in the aircraft plant, while being built. I also let some brawlers land, nuked quite nearby, and suddenly they did not respond to any kind of command. At least this happened speed balls donut v2, but there might be other maps that I can't remember atm.
