there are so many good vids and replays and game trailers out there, but only some of them give you the chill which is called epic.

what do you think makes a game feel epic?


Here is what I think.First of all, GUI kills the feeling.A good Camera Movement,Views from good angles are cool.
Now the Units.A chaos heap of Units shooting at each other is quite Barbarian compared to organized lines of like infantry,tanks and arty.
A nice PYRO RAPE with jumping and stuff is epic.
And now to Spring...I think the plasma Shells are so overused.
They should at least have different Colors(white!) and leave trails.
That "Maximum Annihilation Trailer" is quite epic.Especially the raiding and the Bomber Attack and the Battle on that green Map are epic.

You can spell epic without EDF but it just isn't appropriate.
