Strange behaviour of F2 action

Post by slogic »

I did not change any keymappings in uikeys.txt. Fx bindings are left untouched (commented out):

Code: Select all

//  bind             Any+f1  showElevation
//  bind             Any+f2  ShowPathMap
//  bind             Any+f3  LastMsgPos
//  bind             Any+f4  ShowMetalMap
The bus is when i press F1, F2 acts like F1. When i press F4, F2 starts to act like F4.

Spring version is 0.80.5.2 (0.80.5.2-0-g67e2f5b{@}-cmake-mingw32).

There is no pathmap to show when there is no unit selected.

Ah, ok. Then why engine still makes anything else on F2? I think it should write in chat "Please, select any unit to show pathmap".

that's why it shows the posted msg when you hit "submit" ... so you don't have to post the same answer again ... not to edit it with some useless msg

It usually does but this time it didn't.
