I don't think spring can run with openGL 1.5. Try to update your graphics drivers, and see if that improves anything.
Look at the last line of one of those infologs:

[ 0] Creating sky

very likely an error of the graphics card.
Try updating the drivers; perhaps they contain a better version of openGL, and otherwise you should look at buying yourself a new one.

i don't think theres a driver problem becouse iv'e been playing for several mounths and this just now started, plus anyone wana give me a link to update my radeon x300 series?
