Spring crash every time I play at certain point

Everytime I play Total Annihalation Spring, theg ame crashes at a certain point, no matter what's happening, no matter the game mode.

It pops up with a blank C++ runtime error

ATI Raedon HD 4650 is my gfx card and my OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

Heh, I have the same issue, except it's only started happening whilst running MT Spring. I'm ATI 4800, Windows 7 x64 so it's hard to tell what the exact issue is here

I crash at some point in game without any explanation.
ATI 4850,windows xp sp3.

I had the same problem and the same graphic card as Gota.

Yesterday, I played on Windowed mode with a resolution a bit lower than my desktop's (my desktop res is 1440*900 and I played on windowed with a resolution of 1024*768), I also set the water to "basic", removed shadows, reflections, and 3D trees, and I had no problem so far.

Sometimes spring crashes for me at a certain point but sometimes it crashes at a different point. I'd say 60/40 so 60% it crashes at a certain point and 40% of the time it's at the different point.

I play Spring with most the settings set as low as possible anyway, mainly for decent FPS in late spammy 16 player games.
Yet, I still get random crashes, only on MT though.

OK, it's just happened 3 games in a row now, this is getting silly. It doesn't happen at specific times, just randomly.

I can't install the latest drivers for my graphics card because the ATI installer doesn't support Windows 7. What the fuck.
