You'd have to get permission first; but they clearly weren't made with a game in mind, so apart from being extremely detailed, they're likely to be highly unoptimised. However, a lot of the detail is very good so they'd be excellent source models for anyone wanting to rebuild them.

I could try running them through some polygon reductions in blender and using the detailed versions for light baking but I have not the time for such things right now :\

Those models were created for making cinematics only, not for actual ingame use. They are far too high-poly for that (unless Argh or someone else does create normal maps from them)
