speakers are making a crackling sound then fade out

This usually happens within 5 minutes of starting up my computer and sound never reappears again until I restart. Sometimes restarting the computer doesnt help either. Can someone help me please?

does the sound works outside of spring/lobby?

no but im not sure why I have this problem
