This widget makes a unit play its selected sound when created if it doesn't already have an activate sound.

This works differently to just copying the select defs into the activate defs as activate can be called several times (ie every time an aircraft takes off or finds a new landing spot).

Should work with every mod and make things more noisy (in a good way?!)
