Remove .smt filename hardcoding so we can rename compiled maps.

Please! This has screwed me and at least 3 other people.

The engine could be changed to scan for any .smt file references in the .smd and load only those (instead of the tile files baked into the header) when present. Satisfactory?

(note that the number of .smt's referenced and their sizes would still need to match the header data)

Also, if you need to do it right now, use a hex editor.
