I get the game started and all, BA mod
my comander appears, i try to build any buildign but as soon as the commander starts it crashes
the stacktrack is

I need help, have no idea what to do, first time i play with spring egine, and im a complete noob as to how to go about fixing anything, Thanks

a side note, not related to your crash:
in case you get spring bugless: the AI you tried to use (AAI) needs a config file for the mod you want to play. you may have to manually copy one of an old version of ba to a new one (the name of the config has to equal the mod archive name). Or you could use KAIK or RAI, which both do not need config files. There are also other new AIs, which you could compile... but about this later, when we got rid of your bugs.
The infolog seems to suggest a crash in the ATI driver, so a solution could be up- or downgrading your video driver.
The stack-trace though, suggest an other problem. I looks like it is .. kind of wrong, though, but as it contians a lot of Lua related source files, maybe try disabling Lua in spring settings, and see if that helps.
