Map Making wiki-bits

So, the wiki is out-of-date for map making, could someone who knows the currents either update it or point me to a forum post that has the currents... http://taspring.clan-sy.com/wiki/Create_maps ... I can't seem to find mapconv for some reason... a link to it in the wiki would be nice.
