I have a suggestion to use higher frequency when running fullscreen (for example same as the desktop, but not 60 Hz), becouse after long games eyes hurt (tested).

Good point. As an intermediate fix you can use RefreshForce ( http://www.pagehosting.co.uk/rl/ ) or something similar.

Spring read a registry value called "DisplayFrequency" in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\SJ\\spring but it seems I have forgotten to add it to the settings program. You can edit it manually till the next version.
