I found some version on Youtube and it worked a little, but I wasn't totally relaxed at the start so I guess it didn't work as well as it could.

Tried it a few years ago. Didn't work. I did have pretty crappy headphones though. A lot of people say it works a bit, but that's probably just the placebo effect. I'm pretty sure you'll get a ~better high~ by listening to good music...

oldsauce, but binaural waves have been proven to work to an extent with varying success... I played a "high" one to someone who had no idea what it was... they giggled for quite a while
