Registering in Windows .sdf files to automatically open with Spring.exe, for obvious reasons.

Well for a temporary fix, just right click>Open With>Chose Program, Click Browse, and find Spring. Click the 'Always Open with This Program' check, and click Ok/open/whatever. But it should come as default, I agree.
