Bug: Upgraded Com is uncloakable

no matter what you do, you cant uncloak an upgraded com. even if its surrounded by enemy units unable to move it still stays invisible.

when does the uncloakable com become invisible? is it right after the com morph?

after the first upgrade i wasnt able to unlcloak the enemy com, it was surrounded by my units, "touching" it and it still stayed cloaked.
