widget for auto-resurrection, compnap warning, commander

Post by probzorun »

Hello.
1. Is there a widget that would automatically order units to resurrect?
2. I've seen a widget that displays "comnap warning" - where can i get it?
3. I've seen a widget that displayed "Core BOI running" - what is the acronym BOI (commander?) ? and where can i get this widget?

4. Are there any Git/Subversion repositories dedicated for tracking widget development?

5. Is there such thing as "auto comnap" ?

TIA

hi,

choose an unit that could ressurect, set it on auto repeat ON, click ressurect make a circle (for the area you want) and go, now the unit will automatically ressurect stuff within that circle

Orly? Tribulex (which is an actual unit in my game) is faster than any ground unit in XTA. 4 legs are better than 2.

Back on topic: I made a widget that keeps an atlas just out of los of an enemy com, and when he is not moving, a button appears that says COMNAP, and when you click it, it procedes to pick up the boi. I found that by slowing the unit down as it comes over the com, there is a chance you can pick it up while the com is moving. I think if you give a move order a little ahead, and then do a load command right behind the commander (motion) the transport kind of twists, and picks up the commander as it turns around. Its crazy awesome! But it works like 20% of the time.

Just so you know, I have a moral issue when my computer decides to attack and kill a human target, and as I consider commanders to be humans reincarnated as robot bois, I have a button that a person has to click, after checking that the computer has made an appropriate murder choice. This way, we cant have any robot rebellions, since all robotic methods of killing humans are checked by human confirmation.

okay........ well moving on

a wise man once said "Give a man a fire, he'll be warm for a day, Set a man on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life."
i think if a robot rebellion were to happen i believe it'd be like we set our century on fire and we die when the robots attack...
