Fix lightning please?

I'm starting to come across a lot of pain and heartache because lightning won't obey avoidfriendly0 and collidefriendly0.

Could someone please fix this? With the remodel and gameplay factors changing I am using lightning very extensively, and I'm gonna be hardcore fucked if it doesn't work right.
