Error Binding Socket: Unknown error

I receive this error message when trying to launch a single player game. I'm using Vista ultimate, service pack 1, TASClient, and it doesn't seem to matter which mod.

I tried disabling the firewall, and changing the default port. Neither worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I figured it out. Spring initially crashed and its process was still running in the background. I ended it, and restarted the game. Resolved.
