Can i adjust scrolling speed when SHIFT key is pressed?

Can i adjust scrolling speed when SHIFT key is pressed? It is too fast for me.

I wanna point smth because of hereby silence. I know there is an option for BASE scroll speed. But i need to adjust a multiplier when SHIFT+Arrow keys are used. I still can't make gameplay in Spring as comfortable as i have in OTA.

Normal and shift speeds aren't that different; neither one makes you happy?

Why not adjust the base to a comfortable level and just get used to the shift speed. It wouldn't kill you to get used to playing a different game ^_^

I think i'd better comment out this line:

Also movefast mode often hangs in some key combinations with unit management & i have to press SHIFT again to take it off.

i used it before i found out about smooth scroll widget. now i can't play any other rtses.

Looks like this problem still is not resolved or may be more complicated.
