i know gnome likes racing, i was just thinking today about some fun the the fps view. maybe make some vehicle scripts that could calculate velocities and unit's angle of movment, could maybe make some jumps over dips and hill crests? it might not be the rts theme of the engine's original intention but might be a little fun..

I still have the old race mod M3G and I never finished sitting around on the WP FTP somewhere... I could probably dig it up. The models were probably decent enough for what you're planning, at least...

Depends, do you want current day modern cars or sci-fi fictious cars? I can do both.

naw. i was just thinking one day it would be kind of fun to drive around really fast, maybe race, or just shoot at eachother in a large ta spring map. but i mean if some one wants to make some mod go for it.

are the jump scripts possible? maybe rolling vehicles?

Something like hostile outcasts would be nice but with TA units, as it stands the fps camera is shaky and wobbles when I use it, units hug the ground almost religiously, so if I go fof a hill at highspeed I dont jump off and land, units die too fast too, btu I guess a mod would correct that.
