Manual aiming and move units

It is possible to manual aiming(by mause) and move units ( by arrow kays ) on spring like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezq5U2QNq48 ??
I know... is FPP view, but hard to control unit by this... =/

Or make something like navyfield manual aiming with guidelines and control angle of weapon

Not gonna be in the engine. The FPS mode is pretty much a waste of time that's used for thoning but exploits because manual control is usually inferior to letting the unit handle itself.

FPP should be replaced with a 3rd person point of view with a better control scheme.

I know it's MTR but I too would still like manual aim in FPS mode.
