Changes

lowered the repair speed of all nano turrets.
Nuke bomber was modified to be more resistant to AA.
Added KDRs mod options.
decreased HP of all nano turrets.
Made the ambusher and the toaster fast building plasma cannons but their cost went up to make up for it(so u build them when you have a lot of resources but not enough build power).
Removed all kinds of unused models and scripts.
changed the peewee script so it always walks with his arms ready to fire.
Removed the odd jammer minimap icons.
Made all energy converters convert at the same rate.
T3 labs were made to be more expensive since the special damages versus T3 bots have been removed.
Lowered the costs of amphibious cons since they cant climb hills any more.
increased the speed of all units by 2%.
Increased the time it takes to reclaim corpses a lot so units like hammers and thuds would get more use(they can shoot over wrecks while rockos and storms cant),and reclaming income becomes more graded liek this.
