It will not have a player cap of 8, nor fighter dancing aircraft bugs.

CA will have taken over, BA will be forgotten as a relic of the past and Gota will still be whining about mex overdrive and units being "too fast man, too fast!"

Total Annihilation-based mods will disappear and the only one left is CA, which itself has turned into a "stand-alone game" by Warlord Zsinj's standards, P.U.R.E is dead, SWIW is dead, alot of stand-alone games will pop up, Spring: 1944 is dead, Fog-of-War is correctly, a no crappy interface.

Planetwars will be almost balanced, people will actually play KP, S44 and SWIW will be almost ready for full public release (but jobjol will go down at just the wrong moment), KDR will texture one of his models, Tobi will play as Core, SJ shall walk amongst us once more, but most importantly, we will finally get to play as NI!

Bring on the apocalyptic end of the Mayan calendar! If I get lesbian moon babes out of the end of human civilisation then I think it wouldn't be so bad.

Most players we now see will disappear, but not DSD. No. DSD will be the most played map until Cthulhu fucks in sky..

BA, just the same as AA, will dissapear, in the face of people wanting more eyecandy,
MA, will disappear because of lack of popularity,
XTA, will disappear because of lack of popularity and an over-defensive (and annoying) supporter,
CA will triumph because I said so...just joking because of their popularity and eyecandy and patient developers.

P.U.R.E., after many years being maintained by a single person, that single person has finally found his dream job (of working beside Chris Taylor) and quit Spring mod developing.

Spring: 1944: Will either triumph or decline, we shall see.

SWIW, the world's interest in Star Wars has faded. George Lucas is bankrupt, and so is every Star War-related material.

Fog-of-War, will be correctly implemented or face decline in popularity because nearly all modern RTSes have Fog-of-War

A no crappy interface, will not be achieved, because I added that as a filler.

A last of all, Hoi gets a cookie.

Over my dead body. It has its uses in civ-type games, but not in RTS.
