Complete anihilation, game crashing?

So me and my cousin both are playing on the same network but different computers, and whenever we try to play complete annihilation right after the game loads and the actually game screen pops up, "Spring has crashed"

heres the error message, i hope i pulled the right one:

Looks like an unhandled exception from the KAIK. Try running it without that AI.

Where is no bots. Just same crash when I play with my friend by LAN every time.
