Does it happen every time?

Try watching the replay and see if Spring crashes in the end. If so, upload the replay somewhere and I'll see if I can reproduce your bug.

I would risk saying that it is a Windows/Your_Windows_Instalation problem rather than a Spring bug... It is not suposed to any possible bug in a program deliver a blue screen of death...

check windows update for .net framework updates...
try turning off different programs (those ones in the background) and try to reproduce the crash.

tell us if you find a solution.

Eh, Paulo, it's possible: Spring's bluescreened me (on windows 2003) when units get bumped off the map... though I think SJ said he resolved that since the last release. Point is, it is (or at least was ;)) possible!

Bluescreens are a product of the Kernel. They usually run when a driver runs afoul or something is able to mess with something it shouldnt.

First of all note down what the bluescreen says and post ti here.

Secondly update all your drivers, and see what difference it makes.

And see if any of your hardware is slightly unstable.

Actually, it's more likely that it's the graphic card driver that sucks here. There is no way for the OS to stop a bug in the driver as in this case it's actually the graphic card that crashes, not the main proc. Iguess it could crash Linux as well.
