REQ. AA-units

in xta units could shoot on ground, so could sb make a lua, that the aa-units shoots (if activated) primary on aa instead of ground-units. this could be helpful if ur com is guarded by aa-units and u attack with ak (to let the aa-units shoot on them) and gunships or trans (for comnap)

This is already doable without lua. I suspect that the XTA designers are well aware of this and have not done it for whatever reason intentionally.

Also, presumably this sort of request should go in the mods thread.

maybe but i thought it would fix here, coz its a lua and i think other mods also have aa-units which shoot on ground

If you mean lua to make them shoot: This is the reason air-only weapons can't be force-fired.

If you mean lua to give priorities: There is already good support for priorities right in the engine.

Making them attack thin air is possible! Though I don't know if they shoot if a unit is behind the targeted position!
