It seems like it ended because they lost all coms? since the last thing what happened was a com explosion.
The game options were "kill everything" and "game continues if commander dies"

Also i found out that my destroyer didnt shoot where i wanted (with the torpedo things) instead of following my commands, it was shooting the enemy commander, not that where i clicked (torpedo launcher)...

I also have the same problem.
I host a battle using TASClient 0.36 (spring engine 0.76b1).
2 v 2, I and RAI robot vs 2 RAI robot, choosing "game continues if commander dies".
But, if I destroy the commander of the enemy, the match ends.
Is a bug or just the tactic of AI?
