I like the videos, but they're too long - the epicness fades out when it's longer than 3 mins. :(

see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MpKqQxTURik, which I consider the best one to date so far

I posted pendrokar's video on a different rts forum, and was lambasted for not actually showing real in-game situations, and the player's perspective.

The reason i appreciate andy's vid is that it demonstrates some of the depth of interaction spring can provide, as opposed to "look explosions!".

In terms of appealing to rts players, particularly those who play for a competitive game, scenes like "micro time" with the jeffies on comet, are what I think we need more of.

Micro videos are great but the quality and details provided by those ones are too low.

To understand micro, you have to see spring physic engine in action and that's not the case here.

these videos really show the sides of competitive game.

If you play comepitive you can really injoy the movies.

Dotwars does a great job in showing people how Spring battles "flow".

And flow is important!

I do not think noobs will learn anything from dotwars vids, if they say they do they are lying.

You cannot see the units, there are no names on the units so the noobs might try jeffie maneuvers with a sumo.

It has to be said: You only need wet feet to be immune to comnap.

Fun, nice to watch, but the Inevitable Annilation vid is far too long (esp the two minute introduction).

Jeffy fun is a classic.

But where are the videos of flop's com getting shot into all those fusions on gf, or his com getting Gremlin'd when he had Goli map control?
